This is the best damn acne medicine out there. As a teenage my skin was so bad I used to pop pimples as a pass-time, but always figured when I become an adult I will outgrow acne and have clear skin like all adults. However when I turned 21yrs old, and still had acne, I thought to myself "Well... I still look young, I'm sure when I'm in my mid-20's pimples will be the thing of the past". On my 30th birthday, instead of blowing out 30 candles on a b-day cake I was counting 13 pimples on my face. By then I've tried ProActiv, prescriptions from dermatologists, expensive facials at spas, baking soda (home remedy), witch hazel....and yes even baby piss (hey...I was REALLY DESPERATE). ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKED. The smartest woman I know, my mom, told me to make an appointment with a dermatologist she heard of in NYC named Dr. Dennis Gross. I listened but when she said "Dr.....and NYC" in the same sentence, I knew that meant $$$$. However I was desperate and did a little research on him when I came across these face peel pads. I told myself it this doesn't work I will definitely call and schedule a consultation with the Dr. and give him an in-person critique on his facial pads.
After one week of usage I noticed a total change....no new breakouts. After 2 weeks my pores minimized. I thought to myself, "In one month my face will gets use to this and start breaking out like it does with everything else". Its been about 18 months now. My 31st b-day passed and I'm planning my 32nd soon...and yet NO NEW BREAKOUTS.

I use the facial pads with other products as well...recommendations from that smart lady I call Mom.

In the morning:
1. Wash my face with with Jan Marini's Bioglycolic Face Cleanser
2. Use Dr. Gross Alpha Beta face peel pads
3. Use Jan Marini's Benzoyl Peroxide 10% acne treatment lotion afterwards
4. Use AMBI fade cream as my moisturizer

At night before bed:
1. Wash my face with with Jan Marini's Bioglycolic Face Cleanser
2. Use Jan Marini's Benzoyl Peroxide 10% acne treatment lotion afterwards
3. Dab on Jan Marini's Bioglycolic Acne Gel II
4. Sleep with Dr. Dennis Gross Correct and Perfect Spot treatment if I think a pimple is forming...but never does....

In the winter if my face feels really dry I use EMU oil as a moisturizer. It doesn't clog my pores nor break me out. I hope this was helpful to anyone. I no longer have bad skin an Im so happy.
